Alta Real Estate begins the construction of a 500-bed student accommodation scheme in the Aravaca district of Madrid for leading investment management firm Round Hill Capital.
Alta Real Estate has awarded the construction of the project to Aldara Construcciones e Infraestructuras. For the architecture and interior design works, Alta Real Estate has selected Morph Estudio.
This high-end student residence, which is Alta Real Estate’s second student accommodation project in Aravaca, comprises 2 blocks of 6 floors each with central courtyards. The project is a few steps away from the IEB’s new campus and well connected by bus and train is well connected to a number of universities in the area, as well as to Madrid’s city center. With a total of 500 beds, the project will offer its residents study rooms, games rooms, dinner party rooms and a gym.
