A nascent sector in Spain, Co-Living is considered to be the natural next step for Student Housing. This new asset class, which is available to the wider residential market, aims to satisfy the demand for high-quality, flexible accommodation. Co-Living especially appeals to millennials and young professionals, who have grown accustomed to a high level of serviced accommodation.

As part of our strategy to become a leader in the Living sector, we ventured into Co-Living when the asset class was still in its early stages in Spain. We are currently developing a pioneering project with 397 apartments and studios in Madrid.
