As part of our strategy to diversify into operational assets, we have entered the hotel sector with the development of a 210-room hotel in Madrid’s Villa de Vallecas district. The 7,250 sqm (above ground) project is built to suit and features common areas designed for both business and leisure stays: a gym, meeting rooms, a bar-café and a swimming pool.
