Student Housing

Purpose-built student accommodation is considered to be a consolidated asset class in countries such as the UK or the US. The Spanish market, however, is still relatively immature and early in the cycle. In most of the country’s university cities, there is a shortage of high-quality, modern student housing. This has created a strong imbalance between supply and demand.

Back in 2016, we saw the opportunity to satisfy this demand and became an early entrant in the sector, helping to shape it. Since entering the market, we have developed close to 2,000 PBSA beds across multiple higher education hubs for some of the world’s leading PBSA investors. Nowadays, we are regarded as one of the key players in the development of student accommodation projects in Spain.
