Alta Real Estate has begun the construction of a 166-bed purpose-built senior residence in the municipality of Móstoles, within the Madrid Metropolitan Area. The project has been acquired by Care Property Invest and will be operated by Emera.
Alta Real Estate has awarded the construction of the project to Aldara Construcciones e Infraestructuras. The architecture studio will be Alae Arquitectura.
This high-end residence for the elderly will consist of 5 floors and will be shaped like a semi-circle. Communal areas will be located on the ground floor and include a multipurpose room and a hairdresser, amongst others.
