Alta RE ser\u00e1 la<br>empresa responsable de la promoci\u00f3n, mientras Aldara CI se encargar\u00e1<br>de la construcci\u00f3n.<br>Residencia El Ca\u00f1averal se une a otros tres proyectos desarrollados<br>conjuntamente por Alta Real Estate, Aldara CI y Emera en la Comunidad<br>de Madrid, concretamente en los municipios de Boadilla del<br>Monte y M\u00f3stoles, y en el barrio de Carabanchel de Madrid.<br>Con una inversi\u00f3n de 15,4 millones de euros, la residencia de ancianos<br>acoger\u00e1 165 plazas, de las cuales 133 pertenecer\u00e1n a habitaciones individuales y 32, a habitaciones dobles. Sobre una parcela de 3.860 metros cuadrados, la residencia de mayores ocupar\u00e1 una superficie de 7.575 metros distribuidos en seis plantas. Est\u00e1 previsto que las obras finalicen en diciembre de 2025. El Ca\u00f1averal es un barrio administrativo de Madrid perteneciente al distrito de Vic\u00e1lvaro, que, seg\u00fan los datos del INE de 2021, ocupa el segundo puesto entre las zonas de mayor potencial urban\u00edstico de Espa\u00f1a, solo por detr\u00e1s del tambi\u00e9n madrile\u00f1o barrio de Valdebebas. Alta Real Estate y Aldara CI han desarrollado conjuntamente, desde el a\u00f1o 2016, promociones de residencias de estudiantes en Madrid, Oviedo, Salamanca y Barcelona para un total de 2.000 plazas y con una inversi\u00f3n conjunta de 175 millones de euros.
